Lenting and Return

- Our staff welcome you at arrival lobby in Tokyo Airport according to your flight information on reservation form.
We pick you up by driving a car you chose from the airport to our shop, and explain its function. Then, please sign our rental contract.
*Same procedure at Chubu Airport
- During your stay
- No mileage limit！ Please enjoy driving all over Japan! Coorporate use is also welcomed.
If you have any trouble or queries, please contact us by helpchat on communication tablet in a car or call our emergency number.
Our support specialists are always with you by communicating in any language you prefer.
*Insurance staff will support you during out of business hours （19：00-9：00）

- We send return information and traffic information to communication tablet.
If you need to change time of return, please let us know through communication tablet or on the phone. We inform you best way to come back to airport according to traffic.
